TeleMatch Pokemon UNITE at Digital For Life Festival 2023

Join us ONSITE for TeleMatch Pokémon UNITE at the Digital for Life Festival 2023 for some good fun and bonding!

Form a team of 3 with your family and/or friends. Parents and children, cousins, uncle and aunt with nieces and nephews or even grandparents with grandkids, friends, school mates and online buddies are all welcomed. If you are unable to form a team, sign up as an individual and we will put individuals together as team and make some new friends.

We highly recommend that you download Pokémon UNITE (https://unite.pokemon.com/en-us/) in your mobile phones and familiarise yourself with the game if you are new. After all, you will be playing in a mini friendly tournament together! You can watch YouTube videos and read websites together as a team for some tips on how to play because we will not be teaching you how to play the game. Instead we will be focusing on how to have good healthy fun during play.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Each TeleMatch is independent of each other. This means that each TeleMatch has its own winner list.
Please make sure you register for the TeleMatch on the date and venue that you want. There are 3 different dates and venues.
Each player is required to have your own mobile device with Pokemon UNITE downloaded and installed. It is strongly encouraged to update the game when you have strong broadband on the same day as TeleMatch.
We will try our utmost effort to provide wifi. We will not be able to guarantee fast connectivity for the game due to the number of people using the wifi. You are free to use your own data to play the game if you like faster connectivity.
Do bring your own power bank (highly advised). We will provide power points in the room but you will need to bring your own charger and cable.
Please target to arrive 15min earlier for registration and also get settled at your table. Look for your team’s table when you arrive and make yourself comfortable before TeleMatch.
Please be present at the TeleMatch because your absence will be greatly felt. Your opponents will not have a game to play if your team is missing. The mini tournament schedule is done before the session and cannot be changed on the event day.
Teams are required to be present for the whole 2 hours of TeleMatch.
This TeleMatch will NOT be livestreamed.
Each team requires 3 players to play. You can register 4 players, with the 4th player as a reserve player.
Schedule and all other information will be released during the event.
