About

Empowering Gamers Holistically

Discover how COMEBACK nurtures young gamers through training, engagement, and therapy designed to unlock their full potential.

Insightful Player Types Framework

Our COMEBACK Gamer Player Types—Achiever, Guru, Explorer, Socializer—provide valuable insights into gamers’ motivations to tailor support effectively.

Positive Engagement Initiatives

GGMobile, a gaming livestream studio in a truck, promotes positive and healthy gaming by offering resources and programs such as TeleMatch, school programmes that connect and engage young gamers in a holistic way.

Comprehensive Support Services

We provide therapy and training that comprehensively address the needs of gamers, promoting personal development and healthier gaming habits. Additionally, we offer support for parents of children who game.

Our Story

In October 2022, the operations and programs of our sister company SOOS OIO officially merged with COMEBACK. This integration expands COMEBACK’s mission beyond the intervention services for gamers that we have provided since September 2019. We believe this union will create a more unified and powerful impact on youth, families, schools, and communities, with gaming remaining our primary platform and tool for engagement.

SOOS OIO, a social enterprise established on September 21, 2015, specialized in arts and media. In 2019, we pivoted towards the gaming sector by launching TeleTrip, a project aimed at fostering a positive, vibrant, and enjoyable gaming community. Other initiatives followed, including the Parents Webinar: Understanding Games, Gamers, and Game Dependency, as well as tailored programs for schools. SOOS OIO has always championed fun and positive gaming experiences.

COMEBACK was founded on September 21, 2019, as a professional intervention service addressing game dependency, responding to the growing need for support.

As both organizations evolved, it became clear that uniting these efforts under one roof would maximize impact and synergy. Therefore, we decided to consolidate all SOOS OIO programs and operations within COMEBACK. To reflect this unity, COMEBACK has been rebranded to encompass all initiatives, while retaining the SOOS OIO logo—a human face symbolizing continuity and the enduring spirit of SOOS OIO’s work.

We cherish the name COMEBACK. It signifies a powerful turnaround against all odds. COMEBACK embodies hope, perseverance, resilience, and above all, victory.
